My name is Susanna, and I’m a pharmacist, Nutritional Therapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner.
My work is precisely to help my clients create and live the life they want by helping them achieve their health goals. I do so by combining my 10+ years of experience to empower my clients to make meaningful changes to create and maintain healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
How do I do that?
As a Nutritional Therapist, I apply evidence-based nutrition science to promote health, improve performance and encourage self-care.
I work closely with my patients to assess their behaviours and identify potential root causes of their health imbalances, which may contribute to their symptoms and health concerns. In addition, I work with my clients to identify and integrate lifestyle and nutritional changes that are specially designed to fit their beliefs, ethics, budget, and, in general, their life.
I also embed both Neuro-Linguistic Programming and coaching techniques at the core of their nutritional journey. If experience has taught me anything, it’s that one of the most challenging parts of your healing journey is embracing change and creating healthy habits. Coaching can help you unlock your potential and maximise your performance. It can also prove highly beneficial in supporting you to develop a healthy lifestyle and integrate it seamlessly into your day-to-day life.
Furthermore, to maximise your care and ensure you receive the highest contemporary standards, I regularly collaborate with medical and healthcare professionals to maximise client care.
