Is weight loss guaranteed?

No, weight loss cannot be guaranteed. The aim of this group is to lay the foundations for a healthier relationship with food and body awareness. While weight loss may occur, it depends on various factors such as your current diet, activity levels, personal engagement, and lifestyle habits. We focus on sustainable health, not rapid weight loss.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

This varies significantly from person to person. Weight loss is not the primary goal of the programme. The focus is on building sustainable habits that may lead to gradual, healthy weight loss depending on your body’s unique response.

I’m not looking to lose weight. Can I still join?

Absolutely! This group is designed to help participants improve their relationship with food and body, regardless of their weight goals. If you’re seeking to better understand your habits, make mindful food choices, and align your nutrition with your overall wellness goals, this is the right place for you.

I have an active eating disorder. Can I join this group?

This group is not suitable for those with active eating disorders, as it is not a clinical intervention. One-to-one sessions with a qualified professional are often more beneficial in such cases. However, if you are in recovery and would like to discuss your situation, please feel free to reach out.

Will the sessions be tailored to my needs?

Yes, the programme is designed to be adaptable. Both the nutritional and movement components will be adjusted to the group’s needs, ensuring everyone feels supported and challenged appropriately.

What if I miss a session?

We encourage full attendance to get the most benefit from the programme. However, if you miss a session, you’ll still have access to group resources and can catch up through the Practice Better support group.

Can I participate if I have a medical condition?

Please consult your healthcare provider before joining if you have any medical concerns. While the programme focuses on general wellness and mindfulness, it is not a substitute for medical care.

Is this programme suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

Yes, the principles of mindful eating and balanced nutrition can be adapted to vegetarian and vegan lifestyles. Recipe suggestions will include plant-based options.

How many people will be in the group?

The group size is limited to ensure personalised attention, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants.

What support will I receive during the programme?

You will have access to:
Weekly in-person sessions
Practice Better support groups for motivation and sharing progress
Homework challenges and reflection exercises
Optional 1-to-1 add-on sessions for personalised guidance

Can I continue working with you after the programme ends?

Yes! There will be options for continued group check-ins and follow-up sessions to help you maintain your progress.

How much does it cost?

£348 for the first four participants who register
£591 for later registrations
Additional services, such as personalised 1-to-1 sessions and glucose monitoring, are available as optional add-ons.

Who can I contact for more information?

You can contact us via email at info@susannafall.com or join our WhatsApp support line at +44 (0)7842 194704.

Do I need previous yoga experience?

No prior yoga experience is necessary. The yoga sessions will be tailored to the needs and capabilities of the class.

What should I wear for the sessions?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement, such as leggings, jogging trousers, and a soft top. The focus is on comfort, not appearance.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

No, a mat will be provided for all participants.
